• You may not scrape, mirror, or repackage the underlying code of Toolbay in an automated manner intended to recreate a competing service without explicit written permission.

3. Accuracy & Computational Disclaimers

While Toolbay is dedicated to 100% mathematical accuracy and undergoes rigorous verification across all algorithms (including reducing-balance amortization, calendar leap years, and unit conversion standards), the services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

• Financial & Legal Advice: The Loan EMI, Sales Tax, and Discount calculators are analytical tools designed for estimation. They do not constitute formal banking advice, tax advice, or legal counsel. Always verify final figures with certified public accountants, lenders, or revenue authorities.
• Health & Fitness Guidance: The BMI Calculator provides a statistical screening number based on World Health Organization thresholds. It does not measure body composition, visceral fat, or metabolic health. Consult a medical doctor prior to making dietary or clinical lifestyle modifications.

4. Limitation of Liability
